When posting, if you add [category yourname] to the body of the e mail,  it will automatically add the category (your name).  Then, if you click on your name on the left column, you’ll be able to see all of your posts.

If you miss a day, don’t sweat it, just try to post as often as possible over the year.  We’re off to a good start!
